Public Liability Insurance (PLI)

At East Anglian Discos we have £10 million cover giving you total peace of mind as your wedding or party DJ. This is a requirement at most venues who will require documentary evidence. Please be aware that a number of Discos cut corners and will not have this basic requirement. I have also heard of discos being denied access to the venue because they do not have insurance.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

This is a electrical testing certificate confirming that a competent person has tested each electrical  item of disco equipment, certifying that they are safe to use. Without this certificate many venues will not permit the DJ to set up.
