As the premier and Mobile Wedding Disco in Norfolk & Suffolk, this article give some advice for 2020 & 2021 wedding receptions. It’s based on my 25 years of experience as a Mobile Wedding DJ based in Norfolk & Suffolk.
At this time of year, many newly engaged couples start to plan their wedding reception for the following year. The early signs are that 2020 and 2021 are going to be very busy. My advice to prospective clients is to book as soon as you are able to and secure your DJ.
Demand is always very high between May to September inclusive. From my experience there are always particular dates during the year which are incredibly popular.
Wedding Planning Consultation Meeting
I offer all clients a free consultation meeting. The meeting can be either at your wedding venue or your home. The offer is open for all weddings in Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire.
At the meeting I can learn about your wedding plans, and how I can make your day extra special. By using my vast experience, I can adapt my disco for your wedding. There is a lot more to disco than pressing a few button! For example, it’s important that the lighting is right for your first dance. Do you want the lighting to match your colour scheme?
Maybe you are holding your wedding reception in a marquee? A visit to the site to meet you and look at the location and access is invaluable as part of the planning process.
Maybe you would like mood lighting or possibly background music played at your wedding breakfast. Everything related to the reception may be discussed in a relaxed manner at this meeting. It’s a great way to build a rapport and knowing that you are in safe hands.
There is no charge for this meeting.
Wedding Disco Pricing
You will appreciate that no wedding or party is ever the same. For your Norfolk or Suffolk wedding disco, there will be specific detail that will be be unique to your function. However, the prices below reflect my starting prices for weddings, to give you a rough idea of budgeting. Location, access, size of venue and other factors will also be relevant. The guide prices below relate to Fridays to Sundays inclusive. I apply a 10% discount for Monday – Thursday weddings.
Finally, by booking early you will secure your 2020 or 2021 wedding disco at 2019 prices. This offer applies to all booking confirmed by 1 March 2020.
£325 – 5 hour standard Wedding Disco up to midnight
£85 – Extra hour until 01:00am (prices later than 01:00am can be discussed)
£50 – Early set up of equipment (varies according to location)
£50 – Mood lighting (From £50 as varies depending on number of lights supplied)
£150-Wedding breakfast music – 4 hours of background music of your choice
£25 – Confetti Cannons – a real ‘wow’ factor during your first dance!
£free – Use of complementary radio microphone during wedding speeches
