The Coronavirus outbreak has caused many people to alter their plans during 2020 at short notice. I know this has caused severe difficulties of having to postpone weddings, parties and other events. Many of these events had been planned for some time. My advice to all future clients is to now plan ahead for your wedding or party later in 2020 or 2021.

What if you have already booked an Event for 2020 with me?

My hope is that events later in 2020 may possibly go ahead, subject to how matters develop and Government guidance. Many clients have already moved events from the Spring and Summer to the Autumn.

Many clients have already reserved their date. I am working closely with clients to ensure that they still have their day to remember. If you wish to move your event to later in 2020 or 2021, then providing I am available for your new date, any paid booking fee will be fully transferable. Providing the times etc of your function remain unaltered, the fee will be exactly the same. If you are looking to book a function for 2020 or 2021, I confirm that should you wish to later move that date, the same principle would also apply to you. This hopefully will give current and prospective clients some peace of mind and confidence.

Should I book now for 2021 & 2022?

The answer is most definitely yes! Many clients have understandably delayed or postponed celebrations this year, and are looking forward to next year when hopefully this dreadful virus has passed.

I am seeing exceptionally high demand for prime dates in both 2021 & 2022. I would strongly advise clients to book early. Firstly, this will secure your chosen date, and secondly, bookings made prior to 31 December 2020 will be priced at 2020 rates regardless of when they take place.
